“Ian designed and built a modern-looking screen for around my air conditioning in the backyard. His attention to detail was amazing. He even made little wooden plugs to hide the screws. I wouldn't have thought to ask for or expect that. He's also done some random small tasks around my house like install my wall mount for my TV and also a new shower curtain rod (that required some cut to fit) and toilet paper holder. I find him professional, his work of a good quality, and his prices very reasonable. And he seems to really care about how his work looks, which I think is hard to find these days.”

Ian went way above and beyond, not only completing the project on a very short timeline, but in bringing in other exceptional contractors at reasonable rates to assist in completing the work needed. Work carried out included replacing bathroom vanities, patching and repairing drywall, installation of doorways and doors, modifications to the kitchen counter, laying laminate floor throughout, and of course all the demolition and cleanup work needed to achieve all this in a matter of weeks.
